What does an infrastructure project include?
From structured cabling, racks and servers to networks (LAN/WAN, WiFi, switching, routing, VLAN), virtualization with VMware or Hyper-V, IP telephony and CCTV. It is the physical and logical foundation your company runs on.
What does the cost depend on?
On the size of the site, the number of network points, servers and cameras, and the level of redundancy and security you require. We run a survey before quoting so nothing is left to chance.
How long does the setup take?
It depends on the physical scope: cabling an office is not the same as building a data center with virtualization and CCTV. We plan in stages and coordinate to disrupt your day-to-day as little as possible.
Do you work outside Santo Domingo and do on-site work?
Yes. Physical work requires presence, so we coordinate on-site work across the Dominican Republic; configuration, monitoring and support we also provide remotely. Write to [email protected].
Is owned infrastructure or cloud better for me?
It depends: stable workloads or latency or regulatory requirements can justify owned equipment; others perform better in the cloud. We design hybrid environments and tell you honestly what suits each workload.
Is this only for large companies?
No. We scale infrastructure to the size of your operation and budget, from an office with well-built networking and WiFi to a data center with high availability. We design to grow without redoing everything later.
